From the introduction:
In the game there are two realities, a rich one and a poor one. In the long run, only one of them can exist. The player characters end up deciding which one gets to exist. In a way it's obvious to expect the characters to espouse the equal rights of poor people as human beings but... isn't it better to be rich and healthy than sick and poor? So whose lives are worth more? Or is not choosing an option?

The document includes two sections with differing format that may complicate printing. The second section is intended for print-and-play use as game handouts.
Note the game draws from a long-running graphic series titled Valérian and Laureline, though the players need not be familiar with the series.
