The game is for exactly two players. The characters enact a phased series of interrogations during which one player, The Staff, attempts to determine whether or not the other player, The Suspect, is or has been politically suspect. In cases of even minor doubt, The Suspect is guilty. Thus, the game definitively presents a power imbalance during play. The situation largely evolves through play, however, so if clever, The Suspect can prevail. But it's not easy.
