When the red moon rises in the sky, the common sense we know breaks down and the truth is turned out. The enemies hide in the darkness between tall buildings, in a mirror at night, and in the hearts of humans, waiting for a chance to rewrite the world. The players become "wizards", dive into the laws (kekkai) controlled by the enemies, and destroy them.
Here comes the present day fantasy presented by Takeshi Kikuchi of "Seven Fortress".

User Summary:

Besides the basic rules and rules for all character classes (with sample characters for all except Great One and Apostle, see the RPG entry), the book also contains rules for random Fortress generation (=random dungeon generation) using dice and a set of standard playing cards. This allows for GMless play, although this effectively only takes care of the dive phase. GMless play for the other phases is not discussed. While Anzelot is already listed among the connections, she is just there with a normal entry and no hint of being a major player. Longinus is not mentioned at all, but the Kimei Campus is also among the standard connections. Beal Zephyr makes her first appearance in the sample scenarios and is presented as rather brutal, more in line with the horror potential of the setting.
