Gasparr's abode is a two-story stone edifice surrounded by a crumbling stone wall about chest high. Beyond the wall you see an unkempt lawn with a tilled but as yet unplanted garden to one side. Two large trees shade the front of the house, which is two stories tall. The stone walls show some streaking from wind and rain.
A rusty iron gate, standing open, serves as the entrance to the grounds. On the gate hangs a sign that says, "Rooms for Rent."
