A big workshop can repair broken equipment or produce new. In the enchantment/alchemy-lab are new magic items crafted and handy potions mixed. All the wealth will be locked away in 4 safes. A big Library helps with your research and the training room keeps you ready to rumble. Should your goal be far far away or if you need to hurry just use the Teleportation circle. But if you want to relax just go for a drink or a meal in the huge tavern and if you would find someone for a brawl you could always use the arena.
The command staff works day and night to ensure that the Guild fulfills its duty. The leader of the Guild has many experts (wizard, cleric, fighter, paladin, druid) witch act as second in command. To help them focus a team of 4 secretaries, 2 anallist, 1 archivist, 1 spy and 1 manager supports them wherever they can. Additionally 12 people work fulltime to take care of the daily business (2 logisticians, 1 cook, 1 innkeeper, 2 cleaning staff, 1 teleporter, 1 enchanter, 1 alchemist, 1 smith, 1 mechanic/crossbow expert, 1 cutter). The HQ is home of all the staff and can host 46 guest at a time.
