The idea here is to apply drawbacks to your entire chain, thus changing the difficulty curve and your starting CP in each jump. You could also, in theory, apply one or more of these to a jump if you just didn’t like what was on offer in that jump. Yes, this messes with the balance of other jumps. But this is a single player experience and sometimes you just want a few more tools in the toolchest. I’ve tried to make these as generic as possible and keep the pricing reasonable.
