From the introduction:
Welcome to Old Country, a game module for the Crime Network Role-Playing Game. It’s a story of revenge and "mob" justice, where the players portray members of a crime family out to find and bump off a traitor to their group. Old Country can be run as a one-shot adventure, but is ideal as part of an ongoing campaign.
In order to effectively run this module, the GM should have a copy of the Crime Network Core Rulebook, plenty of 10-sided dice, and pencils and paper.
