A new, revamped edition from Janus Design, to celebrate the Best of Show prize of 2009 for the supplement Don't Lose Your Mind.

This edition features:

- Two New neighborhoods of Mad City with their nightmarish denizens.

- "L'Incubatore" ('The Incubator'), an alternative character creation method that lets you play Awaken that have already lost some of their sanity and wake with no memory in a creepy mental institution.

- "Incubo ad Incastro", a method for pick-up games of Don't Rest Your Head with a step-by-step procedure to create an initial situation, a common enemy Nightmare and the Awaken with a "snap-in" system.

Furthermore, the "Dolore Dominante" (Pain Dominant) edition features a revamped cover by Don't Lose Your Mind artist George Cotronis, plus a series of revamped AND original illustrations in color inside.
