Forest G. Brown (October 15, 1949 - September 3, 2010) was a game designer who used to work for FASA and was the defacto creator of the Battletech board game. He also worked extensively on the Star Trek Tactical Combat Simulator. He was a player of games such as Warhammer 40K and Blood Bowl.
He served as a helo pilot for Air America in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Brown also once owned and ran Challenge Games, a retail store in Joliet, Illinois. He also revolutionized the sport of paintball by making Challenge Park the largest paintball park in the world.
