GSA was founded by Ygor in 1989 when he began designing Tagmar.
He recruited other partners along the years of design before releasing Tagmar in 1990.
Tagmar sold more than 10,000 copies and was a best seller in Brazil.
Tagmar was set in fantasy setting.
This proved that there was a market for RPG in Brazil.
In 1992 GSA released Desafio dos Bandeirantes set in a colonial setting based in the brazilian folklore.
Desafio sold something like 5,000 copies.
In 1995 GSA released Millenia set in science fiction environment.
Millenia sold something like 1,000 copies.
In 1998 Abril and ediouro decided to release translated copies of Ad&D and Shadowrun respectively.
In the same year Magic the gathering began to take over RPG market.
The partners decided to close the publishing company.
In 2000 GSA ceased to exist.
