Description Edit | History

From the introduction to the adventures:
SMH Missions adventures are special Holiday releases that are outside of the normal campaign (SRM) and Convention (CMP) adventure blocks. They are designed to be a little more offbeat, and are available for both the regular SRM/CMP campaign characters as well as Prime Runners from the Prime Mission campaign. If being run for Prime Runners, all nuyen awards should be doubled, and Karma awards should be increased 50 percent (rounded up). The gamemaster should adjust the difficulty of the adventure accordingly.

User addition:
In addition to the three published adventures (SMH 2012-01 Free Taiwan, SMH 2015-01 Friendship Is Tragic and SMH 2016-01 UnCONventional Warfare) there has also been SMH 2010 Appetite for Vengeance, but that adventure has never been published anywhere official.

SMH 2010 Appetite for Vengeance is available for members of the Catalyst Demo Team, and has been available both in a Shadowrun 4th edition (2010) and Shadowrun 5th Edition (2016) version:

The 4th edition description:

Help others during the holidays by playing Shadowrun

In the grand tradition of combining chocolate with milk, or chocolate with peanut butter, or chocolate with frankly just about anything, Catalyst Game Labs is launching an initiative this holiday season to combine two great things: helping others and playing Shadowrun: It could be the solution to the problem of world hunger. Or it could just solve the problem of a few people having far less nuyen than they want. There's a new breakthrough in food science, a plant that can grow rapidly in almost any climate and could solve food shortages across the globe. It could be the breakthrough of the century, which means it's worth an awful lot to some of the Sixth World's powers. Mr. Johnson's about to drag you into this mess; it's up to you to see what you can get out of the whole thing. And survive, of course. Appetite for Vengeance is a new scenario that will give players fun while also giving them a chance help out a local food bank. A canned food donation gets you in the game; additional donations let you re-spend already spent Edge points during the run. This holiday season, pull a run to help you those in need! For more details, check out www.catalystdemos.com, and keep an eye on Shadowrun4.com and the Shadowrun and Missions Facebook pages for further updates! To join the game Saturday, November 20th, at 1:30pm, we are asking that you bring a minimum of four canned goods. Bringing extra canned goods past four will earn you bonus Edge points to use during the Mission! Bring as many as you like, and we will deliver them all to the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina here in Raleigh. A valid Shadowrun Missions character is required for play. If you do not intend to play but wish to donate canned goods, we will be collecting them at Game Theory the afternoon of the 20th. Thank you!

Run at Game Theory, PM Raleigh, North Carolina, United States November on 20th, 2010, 1:30
