Quote:
DANGERS OF THE ERG
The route of the Silken Way takes caravans across the corner of
the great western erg, or sand desert, of the Keleshite Empire.
This desolate waste of wind and sand crosses vast stretches of
dunes and salt flats. It reaches temperatures of 130 degrees
(54 C) during the day and 40 degrees (4 C) at night. As a result,
most travel is done during the morning and evening hours
when the average temperature hovers around 95 degrees (35
C). Even during this time, creatures not native to the desert
must make a Fortitude save (DC 15, +1 for each previous check)
each hour or take 1d4 points of nonlethal damage. Individuals
wearing heavy clothing or any sort of armor (not including
shields) take a –4 penalty on this saving throw. Bonuses for
successful Survival checks and further information regarding
heat dangers are described on page 303 of the DMG.
As a result of this condition, two circumstances predominate:
foes encountered in the desert may already have some
nonlethal damage (as may the PCs), and almost no one wears
armor while out in the desert (encourage PCs to practice this
as well in order to minimize the effects of exposure). The rests
taken by the PCs at night and during the hottest midday hours
(provided there is shade and water on hand) are sufficient to
allow the recovery from nonlethal damage.

So...um...yeah. I don't think that's going to happen. Jeptha can cast two Endure Elements spells per day, and I believe so can Sasha. So Jeptha, at least, will be wearing his armor (unless I'm missing something here).

Go ahead and use the spells and keep your armour on.

Sasha is used to the temperate climate of Varisia, and the cool ocean breeze, so she is definitely going to keep one endure elements active on herself, but she's also not willing to wear metal armor in the hot sweltering sun.

Boftil will remove his light armour during the travels, barring being the recipient of any magical effects.

That depends on how much Fame you have.

+1 armor and weapons are always available, as are potions, oils, and scrolls of 1st-level spells at caster level 1 (50 gp or less).

For other things, consult this table:

Under 5 0 gp

40 31,000 gp
45 41,000 gp

I'm afraid you're restricted to the always available items then. Note that you can always purchase the stuff you have on previous chronicle sheets, no matter your fame score.

• +1 weapons (2,000 gp + 300 for the masterwork weapon cost + item cost)
• +1 armor (1,000 gp + 150 for the masterwork armor cost + item cost)
• +1 shields (1,000 gp + 150 for the masterwork armor cost + item cost)
• Potions and oils of 0- or 1st-level spells at caster level 1st (50 gp or less)
• Scrolls of 0- or 1st-level spells at caster level 1st (50 gp or less)
• Wayfinder (50% discount—250 gp; see page 299 of The Inner Sea World Guide)

Beyond the gear noted above, your character is restricted
to purchasing additional items from his accumulated Chronicle sheets, or by capitalizing on his fame within his faction. Weapons, armor, equipment, magic items and so on that are outside of these lists are not available for purchase at any time.

Jenna probably has at least 5 fame, which means she could also purchase any item under 500gp, as long as it is allowed in PFS. You can find out what is allowed on this page: http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/about/additionalResources

Profession (sailor): 1d20+7 = (17) + 7 = 24

Also need to take care of that leper disease:
Fort save: 1d20+2+4 = (8) + 2 + 4 = 14 (includes +4 from remove sickness)

EDIT: Think it was DC 12 so that clears it?
