Below are a few pictures of my Dwarven Forge setup of Cragmaw Hideout from the Lost Mines of Phandelver adventure in the starter set.

I used a mixture of older and newer Dwarven Forge tile sets. I also used some Dwarven Forge tiles as risers to create levels (although foam core or similar product would have been a better solution).

It is not perfect, but we were very happy with it.

I was able to keep the dimensions of the dungeon fairly consistent with the published map of Cragmaw Hideout. However, I do not think I would have been able to do so without both old and new Dwarven Forge Sets. The older set had the larger pieces and larger radius curves while the newer set had smaller pieces and smaller radius curves.
