Your enemies can clearly see that you're gaining the edge here although they were superior in number so the nazis closer to you are standing their ground, some around the well are already getting down while a couple of others remains outside to cover their sergeant's escape.

+ Nazi 7 who is still shaken tries to regain some composure Spirit 1d6rr = (6(+ 1)) = 7

He stands up but he looks like his trembling hands don't know what to do, so he's falling back to O11 for the moment.

+ Nazi 8 moves to G10 and fires at Sgt Redneck Shooting 1d6rr = (4) = 4
Damage 2d8rr+1d6rr = (3 + 2) + (2) = 7

Sergeant Redneck is once again being shot at and is shaken.

+ Nazi 10 moves to E12 and shoots at Hoot Shooting 1d6rr = (6(+ 4)) = 10
Damage 2d8rr+1d6rr = (3 + 2) + (3) = 8

Hoot is once again being shot at and is shaken.

+ Nazi 11 moves to M11 and shoots at Reeve Shooting 1d6rr = (4) = 4
Damage 2d8rr = (2 + 6) = 8

Reeve gets a bullet, so he's shaken and gets 1 wound.

+ Nazi 13 moves to L15 and stays in position

Fred, if you roll for Spirit, you don't need to spend a Bennie.

If you throw a Soak roll, then you must spend a Bennie and roll under Vigor.

Or you can just spend a Bennie, which will only remove your shaken condition but will leave you with 1 wound, so -1 penalty at your rolls.

While some are still trying to put up a fight with you, the closest nazi to the well follows his sergeant and goes down.

+ Nazi 11 goes to close combat with Roni.

Fighting 1d6rr = (6(+ 5)) = 11
Knife Damage 1d6rr+1d4rr = (3) + (3) = 6
Raised Damage 1d6rr = (2) = 2

+ Nazi 8 moves to G8 and goes to close combat with Redneck.

Fighting 1d6rr = (3) = 3
Knife Damage 1d6rr+1d4rr = (6(+ 2)) + (1) = 9

+ Nazi 10 goes to close combat with Hoot.

Fighting 1d6rr = (5) = 5
Knife Damage 1d6rr+1d4rr = (5) + (3) = 8


+ Roni's opponent starts to gut gashes on our proud soldier, and blood pearls out. It really hurts! Roni is "shaken"

+ Either Redneck is darn lucky or his foe very bad at using a knife.

wild 1d6rr-1 = (1) - 1 = 0 (do I subtract 1 from the Wild roll for my wound?)

damage 2d8rr-1 = (5 + 3) - 1 = 7

His wound makes him flinch just as the shot goes off, and he misses wildly.

Jon, a soak roll is done under Vigor, not Spirit. But as you've got the same dice under both attributes, I won't ask you to reroll.

And you're right, your fighting roll aced so roll again, add to the total and if you get a total of 9+, then you can roll an extra d6 damage.

Jon, you don't need to roll Spirit to unshake when you succeed in a soak roll, the latter already takes care of that.

Roni, knife in hand, leaps toward the nearest nazi and, with a well placed thrust, he kills him by slicing his throat.




The only two nazis left being still in the heat of this combat may have not noticed that the odds are against them yet, and they attack.

Fighting 1d6rr = (3) = 3
Damage 1d6rr+1d4rr = (6(+ 4)) + (4(+ 3)) = 17

+ Nazi 10 vs Hoot
Fighting 1d6rr = (2) = 2

But both fail miserably at disposing of you in close combat.
