Sold Out Sales & Marketing Ltd. is a British computer game publisher and was founded as Investaplex Ltd. in October 1994.

The company became one of the most important publishers in the value re-publishing sector across traditional and non traditional retail outlets. It used two clearly defined price points £4.99 (label: Sold Out Software) and £9.99 (label Sold Out Extreme).

In December 2004 Mastertronic Group Ltd. aquired the company and merged it into its operations. The group continued to use the Sold Out labels. Mastertronic Group Ltd. closed doors in November 2015.

In 2014 Garry Williams the founder of the original company and James Cato relaunched Sold Out Sales & Marketing Ltd. with a view to bringing quality titles to market once again across all console and PC formats and from full to mid-price releases

Today the company focuses on the support of developers to bring their titles to the different markets. Prominent partners are Rebellion Developments Ltd. (Sniper Elite franchise), Team17 Digital Ltd. (Worms franchise) and Stainless Games Ltd. (Carmageddon franchise).
